Throw the book at him. There is NO excuse for drunk driving! 0 tolerance for stupid drunks that endanger other peoples lives.

Talk about BullCrap, a $100 dollar fine?
Mitchell county sounds different than Buncombe. Our court system, even with structured sentencing is flawed, structured allows min and max also and many judges know only max, especially some women judges in buncombe county. |

My first time (and only) fines were in excess of $2000, community service, AA, and the machine in my car. I might add this all took place in my driveway. Are NC laws not the same in NC? I only blew a 0.07. Justic for ALL? I think not....

Also taken into consideration was the fact that the parked car suddenly and without provocation jumped in front of the good Rep. from Spruce Pine!

Makes one wonder how many times Mr. Frye has gotten away with this. Maybe it will make him more careful and not kill anyone. Rank certainly does have its' privileges. I guess poor June will have to drive him back and forth to Raleigh?
