The student, Zachary French, 17, of Springville, apparently drove off the side of the road, overcorrected and traveled into the path of an oncoming pickup truck, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

Richard J. Willtrout, 63, of Springville, died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010, at Baptist Hospital in Nashville.

Funeral services for Charles Alton French, of Paris, age 68, were held Monday, Sept.13, at 2 p.m., in the LeDon chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home with Dwight Turner officiating.
