SV approves $4.2 million in water bids

SPRING VALLEY – The Spring Valley City Council accepted three bids totaling more than $4.2 million in water projects Monday, pending only final approval from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.

Uhh, so, how are we going to pay this off again? Business seem to be fleeing the Valley and if you hit us with a tax hike so will many of it's residents. Except for the ones on public aid of course.
