Even tho I didn't know steve personally he was my sister's boyfriend. I knew him from speaking over the phone with him. I enjoyed our talk's very much. I will miss that. He was a very kind person,and my heart goes out to my sister,Michele.

My prayers go out to the Steve's family and friends.

People do not realize just how much danger is involved in working the pits.

I salute the brave men and women willing to go into the mines and bring out the minerals we need to live as we do.
