The condition of a 19-year-old Henderson man who was hit by a car at the U.S. 41 and U.S. 60 cloverleaf on Tuesday morning is improving.

For the first time ever, a Kentucky governor is calling for replacing the narrow U.S. 60 bridge across the Green River at Spottsville.
