CIRCUIT COURT Circuit Division Judge Jack Peace Brittany M. Thomas, 19, 2210 Bolser St., waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to four counts of forgery, with sentencing set for July 12.
CIRCUITCOURT Associate Division Judge Steven D. Hudson Matthew D. Woods, 27, 915 Rural St., waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of second degree burglary and stealing a firearm.
The trailer, co-sponsored by the North Missouri Solid Waste Management District and Grundy County, will be at Galt until May 14, when it will be moved to Spickard.
