It happened just after 8am on County Road #9 in Victor. Deputies say a truck from Heberle Disposal Service, driven by 39 year old Timothy Welling of Spencerport struck the overpass after he had failed to put the rails on top of the truck back down after he had just dropped off a dumpster.
