SPENCER, W.Va. -- A second round of rainfall hit the flood-ravaged Spencer area today, causing some more flooding in an area hit hard last week.

The National Weather Service in Charleston issued a flash flood warning Tuesday morning for Roane County, an area ravaged by a flood last week that damaged 100 homes and prompted a state of emergency declaration.

The cleanup from last week's flooding in Roane County goes on. Officials now say around 150 buildings experienced some level of flood damage in the town.
