Spencer Spotlight: Dairy breakfast a mix of the old and new

Last Friday, Spencer was buzzing in the morning. The Chamber of Commerce Dairy Breakfast commenced at 5 a.m., and people were served until 10 a.m. Numbers were steady in the early morning but started to pick up around 7:30 a.m. As usual, there were the common sights as you dug into those delicious pancakes.
