Police cited a 47-year-old Marshfield woman on a charge of disorderly conduct after she was accused of yelling obscenities at her apartment manager at 12:20 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of a building in the 2000 block of South Vine Avenue.

An employee of a store in the 1300 block of South Central Avenue reported at 7:48 p.m. Saturday the theft of shoes valued at $129.98. A 19-year-old Spencer man was arrested about 7 a.m. Sunday for a Wood County warrant following a traffic crash at the intersection of Veterans Parkway and Lincoln Avenue.
