A new get 'well card' or letter shows up almost daily during mail delivery for one East Tennessee Marine recovering outside Washington, D.C. from wounds he suffered in Afghanistan.

Dr. Vickie Denise Evans and Andrew Kent Welch along with Chelcee Leigh Anna-Kay Evans became a family on March 14.

"Actually seeing first hand all that's gone on has made it even better," said Marine Lance Cpl.
