Pilot, passenger in GSP plane crash in serious condition

The King Air turbo-prop plane that razed State 14 and landed on its belly just shy of the Greenville -Spartanburg International Airport runway Monday was on a service flight to check out a problem - a routine procedure for which aviation experts say there are few rules.
