I am disabled due to abuse and I live in low income housing and now I am in a wheel chair I can not afford to move cause my parents live here also near me in the apartments ,But they are refusing to make it effecient for my wheel chair they told me its because of the historic division my email is silkefyne@basisisp.net. I would appreaciate it if you could help me get the help i need to get something done to get out of my apartment with my wheel chair I have nerve damage in my legs and severe pain in my legs and its hard to use just a cane please can you help me?
