Yesterday, Daniel Joe Honaker Jr. 31, Jared Dewayne Holmes, 27, and Bart Kirby, 33, all of the Lovejoy Road area in Sparta, were each indicted on one count of second degree murder and one count of aggravated assault in the homicide of 36-year-old John Howard Shoemaker on or around April 5, 2014.
