Southbury Man Charged With Possession of Child Pornography
Zachary Ouellette, 22, of Southbury, was charged with second-degree possession of child pornography on May 9 at approximately 9:42 a.m. According to police, the arrest stemmed from a child pornography investigation launched by the Southbury Police.
