Zachary Ouellette, 22, of Southbury, was charged with second-degree possession of child pornography on May 9 at approximately 9:42 a.m. According to police, the arrest stemmed from a child pornography investigation launched by the Southbury Police.

Holly Murray, 54, of Southbury, was charged with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on May 2 at approximately 6:15 p.m. According to police, officers responded to a residence on Sleepy Hollow Road for the report of an intoxicated person causing a disturbance.
