“I'd say yes to give people another reason to wear (seat belts), which will make them safer while driving. I still think it's a good idea to give the police this power and trust them because seat belts will save more lives.”
Should police be allowed to pull you over and ticket you just for not wearing a seat belt? "No. They should have another reason to pull you over. via Madison.com
