that game was such a disgrace, that was our game to win. instead of putting someone in at QB that could actually throw the ball and be a run threat like many of the wide recievers that have played QB. instead they put in a QB that thinks cause he went to a alabama QB club that he is god and can be like terrell, when really he is a 4th string QB at best. we had everything going our way. penelties were even going our way. cant blame it on the weather, boyd held on to the ball all night with only 1 turnover on a fumble. our pre madonna QB could not even hold on to the ball, the snaps were low on punts. vic should have never even allowed the game to go on after having the choice of delaying it due to weather. i have no clue what the man was thinking, but it is obivious that he was not thinking at all. our running backs may have carried the ball 10 times combined at most. the defence was on their A game and held boyd off all night. if this is a sign of what our offence will be like next year, we are in big trouble. i feel that if your going to play these bigger teams, you should make sure you are thinking strait and make us proud to be pirate fans. last night was totally unexcuseable. we stand behine our boys no matter what, but i believe that vic needs his head examined after last nights screw up.

i thought travis did a decent job considering the situation he was thrown into.he did not know he was going to start until terrell had to leave .it was wet and very muddy in a hostile enviroment and his first start in the biggest game of the year to this point.sure he was nervous would not you have been.he is young .people expect to much out of kids sometimes.terrell wold have done no better as a 10th grader in the same position.what about the 2 dropped picks that should have gone for 6 points apiece? and the 2 missed xre points if they had been good we would have had the lead anyway but everyone wants to point their fingers at a young qb with no experience.no doubt we could have won with terrell but someone else has to step up and make plays. were a few dropped passes also.he could not hold on to the ball but it should not have had to be on him but the regular starters. thats this REAL FANS opinion.
