I think that this project is only going to serve to enhance the shabbiness and decay of the rest of southside. How about fixing the streets and sidewalks of the whole neighborhood. People walk in the middle of the streets while pushing their strollers because there are no sidewalks. Take a drive through on rainy season. You can't walk anywhere for the puddles and water runoff.

Hey Mary Weston how come you are not talking about the public monies being spent on this project? You and your goons are to dumb to see it? Why does the city hire outside to do surveys and analysis? Doesn't the city have people in planning, engineering, and code that do this stuff. What the hell is going on? Oh and another thing how much is Mr. Harlan pitching back to the community? Somebody please help!?!
