State Senate backs ban on texting while driving

Madison a ' The state Senate passed a ban Tuesday on texting while driving. The measure passed 27-5 on a bipartisan vote and now heads to the state Assembly, which like the Senate is controlled by Democrats.

Oct. 13, 2009 8:06 p.m. A 48-year-old deputy U.S. marshal coerced a 20-year-old woman into a sexual relationship before taking sexually explicit photos of her against her will and downloading the pictures on his computer, according to a criminal complaint released Tuesday.
