The DeSoto Parish Police Jury's various standing committees meet today beginning at 5 p.m. Agenda items include discussion of public housing needs, Industrial District board appointments, street lights in KCS Subdivision and in South Mansfield, employee training and travel and employments.
DeSoto Parish Crimes Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrests of the following three men wanted for various crimes: Curtis H. Johnson Sr., 63, whose last known address was in the 100 block of Albert Lewis Way in South Mansfield, is wanted for two counts of simple criminal property damage over $500 and disturbing the ... DeSoto sales tax collections take slight dip
MANSFIELD - DeSoto Parish sales tax collections dipped slightly in April, dropping to $9.8 million from a record high of $13.8 million reported in March, according to the May report released late last week by the DeSoto Sales and Use Tax Commission.
