Schiller Station ignores its terrible noise problem
Schiller Station plant noise is a definite problem for South Eliot residents. Lifelong Eliot residents find the power plant unmerciful with noise, the old coal boilers would leave a black silt on window sills, coating car rooftops, laundry on clotheslines and line the pool bottom with black dust.
