Matt was born March 7, 1984, in Germantown, Pa., the son of John Neitzel, a caring, loving father, and Lisa Howard of Jamestown, a committed and very loving mother.

He was born Sept. 17, 1963 in Springfield, Mass., the son of the late John Martin and Joyce Martin, who survives and resides in Versailles, NY.

FORESTVILLE, N.Y. - Five people were arrested in Chautauqua County by State Police on Saturday for allegedly selling alcohol to minors.

Sharon L. Przybylski, 38, of 300 Lincoln St., Jamestown, was charged with failure to keep right, unlicensed driver, uninspected vehicle, uninsured vehicle and aggravated driving while intoxicated after she was pulled over at 11:35 p.m. Friday on the eastbound lane of Interstate 86.

Inez A. Cooper, 97, formerly of 2833 Hooker Road, Sinclairville, died Saturday, Jan.

James R. Bradigan Sr., 81, formerly of South Dayton, died Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012, at Heritage Village Rehab and Skilled Nursing, Gerry.
