St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies charged Lori J. Rohde, 39, of 269 East Hill Road, South Colton, with issuing a bad check Saturday following a complaint from employees at Mahoney's Auto Mall, Potsdam.

Debra L. Allen, 27, South Colton was issued tickets for inadequate headlights and aggravated unlicensed operator 3rd degree at 12:54 a.m. on Maple Street after an officer saw her driving without headlights on, according to police.
