Funeral service with full military honors for Billy Wayne Burgess, Sr., 77, Lawton, will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Frontier Chapel, Fort Sill, with Chaplain Scott Kennis, officiating and a eulogy presented by MG Toney Stricklin.
