Local judge stepping down in Asbury Park

Municipal Judge Mark Apostolou is stepping down at the end of June, earlier than the 57-year-old magistrate had hoped for, in a decision he reached with his doctor because the multiple sclerosis he has had for more than two decades progressed over the past year.
