Newport's Yaquina Bay may soon need a second bridge, but how to pay for it?
The Yaquina Bay Bridge in Newport is holding up well, even after 75 years. But an increase in traffic across the bay to the South Beach area has officials wondering if it's time to start planning for a second bridge.
