A 23-year-old man is the third person to be charged in last weekend's slaying of a Burlington woman.

The search of a SUV at a license checkpoint Thursday in Snow Camp yielded drugs and more than $13,000 in cash, a spokesman for the Alamance County Sheriff's Office said.

Burlington police said Andrew Napoleon Brown, 23, of 2103 McKinney St. was arrested today and charged with first-degree murder.
