Remember just a few weeks back we told you about a case involving the U.S. government suing a Smackover pharmacy for filling prescriptions without properly verifying them? Well that case settled recently.

The U.S. government is suing a Smackover pharmacy for filling prescriptions which were "issued outside the normal course of medical practice." The lawsuit, filed last week in U.S. District Court in El Dorado, is short on details about what allegedly happened at Smackover Pharmacy LLC.
