Thank you to the scrap yard for finally standing up to these thieves. I hope this is a new trend! Keep the arrests coming.

he must have been a member from the moose lodge in slatington...they were always trying to sell license plates for your favorite football teams...they had them on display...being a penn state fan...I thought about buying one, but he couldn't spell ...he is a total jerk!

I like Kyle
Nice guy.
Do anything to help you out.

I'm disappointed in him that he would try to pull something so STUPID. After 20 years with Apollo.

A lot of people share Mary Jo's opinion that he is a jerk. I always stuck up for him. I do feel bad for his family.

What surprises me is that he would take such a risk (losing a long-term job, arrest, and the pain his family is going through) for such a small amount of money...especially with two other individuals wanting a cut of the cash.

There aren't a whole lot of places in the Lehigh Valley that have 500 lbs. of nickel on hand, so figuring-out that it belonged to Apollo Metals probably didn't take too long.

I also feel badly for Kyle’s family and wish them the best in this unfortunate situation.

You hit the nail on the head.

I'm at the scrap yards occasionally (also legitimately). They aren't idiots, and know when something is out of the ordinary.

I know Kyle well. You can't judge him by the cover. He does have street smarts, which has me shaking my head why he tried this stupid stunt.

I would trust him with my family's life, but I'm disappointed in him with this.

actually scheinder's scrap yard caused him to get caught but then your obviously not intelligent enough to gleem that from the article. thus a crook turned in a crook. if I were you, after reading your comment, I wouldn't question anyones intelligence but then ignorance breeds the same

Don't do the crime , if you can't do the time......

Pretty self-explanitory, maybe this is the only illegal thing he's ever done. But he did the crime, now do the time. Man up Kyle......set yourself apart from the people who cry "foul" when they get caught, and either blame someone else or that they were unaware.

Al Pacino, You don't know Kyle well enough, if you think you can trust him with your family, you are TOO STUPIT. He would rip you off in no
time, and then laugh about it. Just fill bad for his wife & daught or maybe he even did them a favor.

Better watch who you call a "crackhead". Ever hear of slandering someone. Better look up the word in the dictionary because I am sure you dont know what it means.
