It's a shame, but all that can be done is to slow it down alittle. Just like the Mexican border look how much stuff gets through.

It is an epidemic !! Like I said in another post, until you lock up the doctor's who are writting these script and getting kick backs from the drug companies for doing so, its never gonna stop. Cut the snakes head off and he won't bite you.!
