Iowa jail inmate dies after suicide attempt

Was it really a suicide ATTEMPT if he was indeed succesful?

I would like to know how something like this happens. What did he hang himself from? What are the autopsy results? Why wasn't there a note? Why was he in general pop when he was federal? Where were the guards? Why are there rumors of threats and transfers? What do the cameras show? Why was it so long before people were notified? Sioux Cities jail has one of the worst reputations now I can see why regardless of what the charge was Troy was a beautiful person who was one of the most giving people I have ever met I find it hard to believe his last act was so selfish. Also I find it very irresponsible of our press and authorities to let this happen without doing something about it. Not to mention every article mentions his charges which seems like they are trying to minimize the seriousness of the situation. I understand they are afraid of a lawsuit but they should have thought of that before they allowed this to happen.
