Judge sentences 7 in Vernon Parish criminal cases

Judge Vernon Clark of the 30th Judicial District sentenced Larry Cordell Nix, 27, of Leesville to 18 years in prison for each of Nix's convictions on charges of distribution of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
