Submitted Story Red Ribbon Week was celebrated in schools throughout Lyon and Storey Counties last week, with activities coordinated by Stand Tall teams of Healthy Communities Coalition of Lyon and Storey in partnership with schools.

Carson City The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court: A 23-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Nevada and 10th streets on suspicion of misdemeanor probation violation.
