Disturbing chase that ended tragically..My heart goes out to the officers and their families that were wounded. As for Scotty(David S. Herring), he was my first cousin and it is evident he had problems and handled the situation wrong. My earlier memories of him are not what hes turned into. He will be missed and remembered how he was at one time. As for the families of the officers my prayers are with you...To Scott's daughter, sisters, and mother..lots of love...It's a hard time.

Congrats to the pigs that shot a mentally handicapped man who needed help, not death.Is law enforcement so hard hearted now not to realize the man was troubled?He asked them to shoot him!A shot to the leg would have most likely stopped the whole scene.BUT COPS SHOOT TO KILL.In most instances it is the cops that escalate the situation.Poor judgement on everyones part.
