Franklin County area police log

Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg, said the driver was heading south around 5:26 a.m. Thursday when his vehicle left the road and struck a tree near 13820 Fort Loudon Road. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
