MASS to continue monthly visits
Mendota Area Senior Services will continue having a monthly outreach site on the fourth Wednesday of the month at the Robert W. Rowe Library in Sheridan.

Effective Tuesday, May 1, Barbara Schultz, outreach worker for Mendota Area Senior Services, no longer will be available at the Robert W. Rowe Library in Sheridan on the fourth Wednesday of the month to assist people in obtaining access to services and programs available in the area.
Teen charged with attempted robbery, seven burglaries
Matthew T. Pausche, 17, of the 2900 block of North 4351st Road in Sheridan, was charged Monday with attempted armed robbery and seven counts of burglary after threatening a taxi driver at knife point Saturday night and attempting to break in to a home early Sunday.
