Bill Langin, the home, at 560 Parkview Drive, is a total loss.Homeowners Scott and Colleen Elliott, as well as a 9-year-old and a dog all escaped unharmed.Firefighters were called to the home at 3:23 a.m. and arrived to find the home engulfed in flames.

According to the homeowner, he was awoken by a popping sound and thought someone was trying to break into his home.
