Seniors Protest Funding Cuts at State Capitol

DO NOT stop at the capital visit seniors...we need a PETITION to send a message to our state legislatures. A Senior Aging Agency needs to be formed and the monies for senior nutrition put into this to go directly to seniors, no more funneling senior monies through DHS. They are not required to give any monies they receive to senior nutrition, it is clearly up to them and once again they decided on pay raises for top officials at DHS. Now DHS wants a guarantee they will get "their" money back from the state. Wise up seniors we still have a battle to win.

Glad to see citizens taking action on this matter let your voices be heard because apparently the government is not looking out for our seniors best interest.
