Thanks to a $30,000 C.A.R.D. grant, the Shawano County Sheriff's Department will have more resources to combat drunk driving and underaged drinking.

Is that why the city of Shawano made deals that have driven cab companies to the point of shutting down service after 7 PM? Great way to boost the cities coffers.
