Shasta Lake Hosts 7th Annual Multi-Cultural Celebration

The City of Shasta Lake has a tradition. It's becoming a tradition, that is. For the past 6 years Don Yost and Lee Masey have devoted hours upon hours to bring a slice of global pie to our little town.

This year's celebration will be held on Saturday, January 30, from 11am to 12:30pm at Central Valley High School at 4066 La Mesa Avenue.

What you will find is a surprising mix of dancing, eating, and information. In the past, The Son's of Italy play bocce ball in the hallway! There are examples from China, India, Tonga, Native American, the list goes on and on...

Reserve some time to come to Shasta Lake on Sat. Jan 30 at 11am. You will be surprised and enchanted. Come see what a truly 'small world' we live in, and what a diverse area we are blessed to have! For more information please call (530) 241-8421.
