SHASTA LAKE A The Bureau of Reclamation has released the Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the approval of five-year Warren Act contracts for conveyance of non-Central Valley Project groundwater in the Tehama-Colusa and Corning canals in Northern California, when excess capacity is available.
