I wonder if this means that Trout Island Road or any of the surrounding roads may actually be resurfaced and widened to accomodate the increased load. This road is very narrow and dangerous, especially if there is going to be a parking area established that people have to pull in and out of. It will be interesting as this story develops and plans are released.
