Stimulus pace in mid-Hudson is 'sluggish'

Nearly seven months after the $787 billion federal stimulus package was signed into law, less than 4 percent of the $50 million allocated for highway and bridge projects in Orange, Ulster and Sullivan counties has been spent, despite the rush to pump cash into the sagging economy, state records show.
