Shady Spring doctor gets 4 years on federal drug charge
Federal prosecutors said 42-year-old Dr. Angela Basham-Calloway of Shady Spring was sentenced Thursday in U.S. District Court in Charleston for her earlier guilty plea to acquiring controlled substances by fraud and deception in Oak Hill.

Raleigh Doctor Gets Four Years on Drug Charges
A Raleigh County doctor was sentenced to four years in federal prison Thursday after pleading guilty to charges of illegally possessing prescription drugs.
The second annual "Healthy Kids, Healthy West Virginia" wellness fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the YMCA Paul Cline Memorial Soccer Complex.
