Vandals Slash Car Tires in 'Random Act'
More than a dozen car tires were slashed in Shady Side on April 27 in the Cedarhurst on the Bay community in what police labeled a "random act." "It looked like they all happened late evening on the 27th at roughly 11 p.m., going into the early hours of April 28 until about 2 a.m.,"A Anne Arundel County police spokesman Justin MulcahyA told Patch.
