Travis County officials on Tuesday approved a redistricting plan that keeps the southwestern Travis County neighborhood Shady Hollow in Precinct 3, represented by Karen Huber.

More than a year after residents of the Shady Hollow neighborhood in southwestern Travis County butted heads with their Precinct 3 Commissioner Karen Huber over her opposition to the proposed Texas 45 Southwest highway, Huber is seeking to move Shady Hollow out of her district.

Travis County Commissioners on Tuesday got an earful about a proposed $205.6 million bond proposal.
