AMBER Alert issued for 11-year-old Seymour boy
An East Tennessee AMBER Alert has been issued for an 11-year-old Seymour boy. Damian Paul Duncan was last seen by his parents before they left for work on Wednesday around 8 a.m. They came home around 4 p.m. and couldn't find Damian.
