you must not know taylor he is nothing but a little punk! just like all the other ones he hangs with. he did do that to them girls and yes they were willing but damn thier not even close to knowing what they should and shouldnt do. he is nothing but a low down piece of crap. so u should realy know who ur talking about before you talk about them.

Your opinion on the legal aspect of it does not matter unless you are on the jury. The law is the law. I know also that he was smoking pot with minors, which in itself is illegal. Why would a grown man be smoking pot with young girls unless he had a hidden agenda? That alone sounds suspicious to me. That is probably what led him into this mess in the 1st place. Yes, it is to bad that his life is ruined but if he had not been with the young girls in the first place none of this would have happened. He has nobody to blame but himself.

Any adult must be careful in their relationships with underage children. You leave yourself open if you are not very careful. It has not always been this way but it is now.

I know that when I read about pedophiles that are 40-60 years old, I think, "hey, at one time or another that perv was 17 years old." This guy seems to have a thing for 12 year olds...probably still will when he is 40-60 years old.

Taylor is many things; however, a good citizen, a gentleman and a good guy are not included. He is a sad excuse for a person that needs help. Of course I can't completely blame him for the terrible things he has done including, rape, theft, and disstruction of public property I also blame his mother who doesn't deserve to be a mother. I see many comments about these girls, which by the way are not true comments, but I don't see all the many other things he has done. It doesn't take much of an education to realize that he can't be charged if there isn't facts to support it. In addition, not all rapes were consented rapes, that is how they are being charged because thats all that can be proven it doesn't mean he's not guilty of forcing himself on a child. At the age of 12 a child is not mature enough to make a good decision about sex, thats why its illegal. It doesn't mean its an open market for a jerk like this to take advantage of these girls or any other girls. He should be held accountable and I personally hope he recieves the maximum punishment possible! Maybe that will protect other young girls in the future from him. It is a sad day when a parent can not allow there young daughter to stay the night with a friend because the friends big brother will take advantage of the child. Or when a mother can't allow thier daughter to walk 3 blocks from home because a jerk like Taylor will pry on the opprotunity.

When rape occurs you must get yourself to an emergency room right away. They will do a swab to get the semen for a DNA test to prove who did it. So then you must follow up and file a police report as to who did it. But now you will have the evidence they need to make it stick. The hospital will have your medical report.

You cannot-repeat-cannot just go to the police station and report. You must have that swab done right away. And take a morning after pill and have an aids test as soon as possible and another one 6 months later.

Daughters need to have this information before it ever happens. When it happens is not the time to try to figure out what to do. You must do the correct thing to bring the person to justice.
