A woman is dead after being hit by a train in Sadorus late Saturday night. Fire fighters say they were called out around 10:30pm to an area along the railroad tracks just west of Center Street.

Champaign County sheriff's Sgt. Jeff Vercler said the woman, whose name has not been released pending notification of relatives, was hit on the tracks in the 100 block of East Market Street by a westbound train about 10:35 p.m. Vercler said deputies are investigating the circumstances but said the woman, in her 30s, had earlier been at the Game On ...
