ATV Accident

A 2-year-old boy is ran over by an ATV Monday night. Spencer Police say they were called to 116 8th Street SE shortly after 6:00. A 10-year-old girl and the owner of the ATV told authorities they were driving around the yard as a bunch of kids were playing outside.
