Reward Increased For Information On Horse Shooting
Oregon State Police announced Monday that a reward of up to $2,500 is now being offered for information regarding last week's shooting of a horse in Grant County.
Ross & Sophie Smith left Seneca OR at 11 a.m. Friday headed for John Day, Baker City and Halfway then over the Wallowa Mts.
